摘要
目的 比较幼鼠清醒状态下耻骨上和经尿道膀胱置管的影像尿动力学参数的变化,建立清醒状态下幼鼠影像尿动力膀胱测压模型.方法 选取Wistar雌性幼鼠20只,年龄4-6周,随机分成两组,每组10只,手术组(经耻骨上置管)通过外科手术经耻骨上将导尿管放入膀胱,非手术组(经尿道置管)通过尿道将导管放人膀胱内.术后5d后,在清醒的状态下,并用特制的塑料马甲固定小鼠使其处于相对安静的状态,对两组小鼠分别进行影像膀胱测压.观察记录两组小鼠的最大膀胱容量、最大排尿压、充盈末期膀胱压并计算膀胱顺应性.结果 经耻骨上置管组的最大膀胱测压容量为(0.83±0.27) ml,最大排尿压为(26.3±7.8)cmH2O(1 cmH20 =0.098 kPa),膀胱顺应性为(0.026±0.070) ml/cmH20;经尿道置管组的最大膀胱测压容量为(0.92±0.34) ml,最大排尿压为(37.2±5.9) cmH20,膀胱顺应性为(0.032±0.050) ml/cmH2O;两组的尿动力学参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是与经尿道置管比较,手术组放置尿管的操作更容易,稳定性更高,可重复性更强.结论 经耻骨上膀胱置管的影像膀胱测压雄性幼鼠动物模型更容易建立。
Objective To compare the videourodynamics parameters on the suprapubic or transurethral catheterization in conscious young rats,establishing a animal videourodynamics model for investigation in conscious young rats.Methods Twenty Wistar young female rats,aged 4 to 6 weeks,were randomly divided into two groups (n =10 each).In the operating group,the catheter into the bladder via the suprapubic approach.In non-operating group,the catheter was inserted into the bladder via the transurethral approach.Five days after operation,taking the harness to make the two groups of rat in a relatively quiet,videourodynamics is tested in conscious young rat.Observed two groups of rat cystometry of the maximum bladder capacity,maximum bladder pressure,and calculate the bladder compliance.Results The suprapubic group of maximum bladder capacity was (0.83 ± 0.27) ml,maximum bladder pressure was (26.3 ± 7.8) cmH2O,the bladder compliance was (0.026 ± 0.070) ml/cmH2O,and the transurethral group was (0.92 ±0.34) ml,(27.2±5.9) cmH2O and (0.032±0.050) mL/cmH2O.There is no difference between two groups (P 〉 0.05),but compared with transurethral catheterization,suprapubic catheterization operate is more easier、the stability is higher and repeatability is stronger.Conclusion Establishing videourodynamics model via the suprapubic catheterization for investigation in conscious young rat is more easily.
