基于多阶段定期检查数据的混凝土桥梁碳化耐久性评估方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对桥梁混凝土构件的碳化耐久性评估问题,在现有混凝土材料碳化模型的基础上,考虑混凝土实际碳化过程的不确定性,采用可靠度评估理论,建立了桥梁混凝土构件层面的碳化耐久性评估方法。同时,考虑到耐久性评估需要在不同的时间段进行多次评估才能逐步逼近真正的耐久寿命,结合桥梁运营养护中每2~3 a需开展一次定期检查而得到耐久性随时间不断变化的系列数据,提出了多阶段定期检查数据在评估模型中的利用方法,拟达到对混凝土结构碳化评估寿命的逐步修订。通过算例验证了该方法的可操作性,结果表明:第一阶段过程中评估的T梁碳化寿命为52 a,而第二阶段的碳化寿命即为63 a。 Aiming at the problem of how to evaluate the bridge concrete carbonation durability, based on the existing carbonation model of concrete materials, considering the uncertainty of real concrete carbonization process and using reliability evaluation theory, the carbonation durability evaluation method of bridge concrete component is established. Meantime, considering durability evaluation needs to make multiple assessment in different periods of time for gradually approaching its real endurance life, combining the fact that bridge should be checked every 2 - 3 years regularly in the operation maintenance to get series data of the durability change over time, the method of using multi stage and periodic inspection data in the evaluation model is proposed to achieve the progressive revision of carbonation assessment life of concrete structures. The operability of this method is verified by an analysis example, the result shows that the carbonation life of the T - beam is 52 years in the first phase, and that of the second stage is 63 years.
