本文以数字保定基础地理信息数据库管理系统实际项目的实践开发和研制,利用地理信息系统技术,针对基础空间数据库管理系统的应用需求,进行了空间数据管理和更新机制的研究。在明确数据管理系统的管理内容和体系结构的基础上,完成了系统数据库的分析和设计工作,建立了数据入库和更新过程模型。建立空间数据管理系统的数据更新机制,实现了对基础空间地理信息数据的有效集成和管理。

in this paper, based on digital baoding geographic information database management system development and the development practice of actual project, using geographic information system technology, according to the demand of basic spatial database management system, has carried on the research of spatial data management and update mechanism. In clear management content and system structure of data management system on the basis of the completed system database analysis and design work, data warehousing and update process model is established. To establish a spatial data management system data update mechanism, realizes the effective integration of basic spatial geographic information data and management.
