浅谈行业协会在知识产权转化和保护中的作用

近些年,随着国家知识产权战略的深入实施,创新主体的知识产权意识不断增强,知识产权战略逐渐成为企事业单位发展战略的重要组成部分,企事业单位的知识产权数量逐年增多,知识产权的质量较以往也有较大程度的提高。但仍然面临知识产权转化率仍然较低、知识产权保护力度不够的问题。本文以行业协会在知识产权转化和保护中的作用作为切入点,分析目前我国行业协会在知识产权转化和保护中所起的作用以及存在的问题,并提出对策建议。

In recent years, with the comprehensive implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy, the awareness of intellectual property of innovation subjects has been raised, and the quantity and quality of the intellectual property rights have been increased. However, the intellectual property conversion rate is still low, and the protection of intellectual property rights is insufficient. In this paper, taking the role of industry association in the intellectual property conversion and protection as a starting point, the author analyzes the role of industry association in the intellectual property conversion and protection process, and the main problems existing in that process, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
