摘要
锌焙砂可溶硫含量的升高,可能打破湿法炼锌浸出系统的酸平衡。通过对锌精矿焙烧系统中的化学反应的研究,确立了降低锌焙砂可溶硫的试验条件,随之进行了生产实践。证明了高温焙烧、降低风料比、减少系统漏风时间等是降低锌焙砂可溶硫含量的有效措施,但要注意因高温焙烧而引起的炉床局部烧结问题。
Increase in soluble sulfur content in zinc calcine soluble and acid balance may break from the zinc leaching system. Based on the study of the chemical reaction in the roasting system of zinc concentrate, the experimental conditions for reducing the soluble sulfur of zinc calcine were established. Prove that the calcination at high temperature, reduce the wind material ratio, reduction of system air leakage is the effective measures to reduce the zinc calcine soluble sulfur content, but to pay attention to the local hearth sintering caused by high temperature calcination.
