摘要
随着科技的进步,特别是军工、航天、电子技术的飞速发展,锗的开采供不应求,我国许多公司企业已不局限于煤矿中探测锗的含量,逐渐将目光转向土壤中的富集锗的普查,采用原子荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中的锗高效,简便,灵敏度高,填补了其他方法难以测定克吨级锗的空缺。
