摘要 目前氧压浸出工艺湿法炼锌是最环保的生产工艺,该工艺淘汰原本湿法炼锌工艺的焙烧工艺,使原矿中的硫元素不在以硫酸形式储存、运输、销售,尤其对于偏远地区及硫酸需耗量小的地区。氧压浸出将原矿中的硫元素转化为单质硫,以单质硫的形式进行储存、运输、销售。大大解决了硫酸滞销带来的储存困难。对高压氧浸出工艺影响其生产工艺主要的因素是物料的粒度,在经济情况良好的情况下,合理的控制物料的粒度,提高物料的浸出率及硫单质综合回收率度有至关重要的影响。 The oxygen pressure leaching process of zinc hydrometaUurgy is the most environmentally friendly production process,the process eliminated originally roasting process of zinc hydrometaUurgy process,the elemental sulfur ore not in to sulfuric acid,storage,transportation,sales,especially for remote areas and sulfuric acid consumption of a small amount of area.The oxygen pressure leaching ore into elemental sulfur,elemental sulfur,storage,transportation,sales to sulfur form.It has solved the storage difficulties brought by slow-moving sulfate.The impact of hyperbaric oxygen leaching process of the production process is the main factor is the granularity of the material,in the economic situation is good,the granularity of the reasonable control of material,improve material leaching rate and sulfur recovery rate has crucial effect.
