摘要
从银浆的组分及使用工艺两方面对低温固化银浆固化效果的影响因素进行分析。通过对比测试各条件下银浆的电阻、硬度、附着力,探索各因素对银浆固化效果的影响。
The factors influencing the curing effect of low temperature curing silver paste were analyzed from the components of the silver pasteand using process two party. By comparing the resistance, hardness and adhesion of the silver paste under different conditions, the influence of various factors on the curing effect of silver paste was explored.
