摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定不同产地荔枝草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(90:10:0.03:0.06),检测波长:210nm,流速:1.0ml·min^-1,柱温:25℃。结果:齐墩果酸在7.50-75.00μg·ml^-1、熊果酸在5.00~50.00μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r均为0.9997。齐墩果酸和熊果酸的平均加样回收率分别为100.15%(RSD=1.14%,n=6)、99.40%(RSD=1.67%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,适用于荔枝草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of oleanic acid and ursolic acid in Salvia plebeia R. Br. from different origins. Methods: The column was Agilent-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with the temperature of 25℃, the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine (90 : 10:0.03:0.06) at the flow rate of 1.0ml·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear within the range of 7.50-75.00 μg·ml^-1 for oleanic acid( r = 0.999 7 ) and 5.00-50.00μg·ml^-1 for ursolic acid( r = 0.999 7 ). The average recovery of oleanic acid and ursolic acid was 100.15% ( RSD = 1.14% , n = 6 ) and 99.40% ( RSD = 1.67% , n = 6 ) , respectively. ConclusiOn: The method is simple and accurate, which is suitable for the determination of oleanic acid and ursolic acid in Salvia plebeia R. Br. from different origins.
