碎裂盖鱼雷发射箱内导流隔板导流效果仿真 被引量:3

Simulation of Stream-guidance Clapboard in Torpedo Launch Case with Frigile Lids

摘要 利用计算流体力学的仿真软件FLUENT对鱼雷发射箱在使用扇形孔导流隔板和无导流隔板两个工况下的内流场变化情况进行仿真计算,通过仿真计算分析导流隔板对发射箱内流场的影响。仿真和优化结果表明,与无导流隔板工况相比,此导流隔板能使后盖受到更加均匀的压强作用,且后盖可正常碎裂,但前盖受压效果不理想,需要进一步改善;优化后该方案能够使前后盖按设计目标破碎。 The change of the flow field inside of the torpedo launch case is simulated and calculated with the CFD simulation software FLUENT which under two working conditions of with and without the fanshaped holes stream-guidance clapboard,and the clapboard's influence over the flow field inside of the case is analyzed through simulation and calculation. The results show that,the pressure effect over the back-cover is more homogeneous under the stream-guidance clapboard condition compared with the condition without the clapboard,the back-cover will be fragmented normally; but the pressure effect on the front-cover is not ideal,it should be improved. The covers can be opened successfully after optimization.
