摘要
目的明确某公司弧形连铸技术改造项目技改后的职业病危害因素危害程度,评价其职业病危害防护措施效果,指出关键控制点和职业病防护的特殊要求。方法采用现场调查、职业病危害检测、职业健康检查及检查表分析法对该项目进行控制效果评价。结果该项目噪声、高温检测结果范围为74.40~86.50 d B(A)、30.2~37.2℃,超标率为37.5%、75.0%。其他金属及氧化物粉尘(其他粉尘)、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、二氧化锰、硫化氢、氟化物、铬及其化合物、紫外辐射、工频电场等均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目在确保现有职业病防护设施正常运转的情况下,职业病危害基本得到有效控制。
Objective To define the harm degree of occupational hazards in the technical transformation project of arc continuous casting of a company,and evaluate the protective effect of occupational disease hazards,and point out the critical control point and the special requirements of the occupational disease prevention. Methods Scene investigation,occupational disease hazard detection,occupational health examination and inspection table analysis were applied. Results The test results range of noise was from 74. 40 to 86. 50 d B( A) with the rate of 37. 5%,and high temperature was from 30. 2to 37. 2℃ with the rate of 75% in the project. Other metal oxides and dust( other dust) and carbon monoxide,sulphur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,manganese dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,fluoride,chromium and its compounds,ultraviolet radiation and power frequency electric field were in line with national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The occupational disease hazards can be effectively controlled under the normal operation of the existing occupational disease prevention facilities in the project.
