摘要
针对乘用车材料动态性能的碰撞测试所需要的试验机,重点介绍了JB-W450GL高应变速率冲击拉伸试验机在评价乘用车材料碰撞变形吸能特性中的适用性。从冲击拉伸试验机的原理、负荷加载输入方式、拉伸应力波产生原理、试样尺寸、工程应力及应变的测定方法等方面提出了具体的实施方案,同时对该试验机的核心功能、主要参数以及先进性进行了介绍。
Aimed at the testing machine for crash test to test the dynamic performance of passenger car materials,the applicability of JB-W450GL high strain rate impact tensile machine in the evaluation of crash deformation and energy absorption characteristics of passenger car materials was introduced.From the aspects of impact tensile testing machine principle,load input mode,tensile stress wave generation principle,specimen size and engineering stress and strain measurement method,the specific implementation plan was put forward.At the same time,the core functions,main parameters and advancement of the testing machine were introduced.
