摘要
利用统计过程控制理论,绘制控制图以分析和判断实验室内部质量控制过程中某种质量特性值是否持续处在受控状态,并通过分析受控状态,采取有效措施,达到保证检验过程稳定和准确的目的。通过在一定的时间间隔内,连续测试核查样品,用数理统计的方法对核查数据结果进行正态检验并归一化,分别做出抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率的质量控制图和加权移动平均值控制图,并用质量控制图对样品的分析测试结果进行了质量分析。结果表明:与常规质量控制图相比,该方法除了能直观、有效地控制拉伸试验的质量,还提高了发现较小数据漂移的能力。
Using statistical process control theory,the control chart was drawn to analyze and j udge whether some quality characteristic values were sustained in a controlled state during the laboratory internal quality control.And through analyzing the controlled state,effective measures could be taken in order to ensure that the inspection process was stable and accurate.The quality control samples were tested continuously in a certain time interval and the results were normalized based on the method of mathematical statistics.The quality control charts and moving weighted average control charts of tensile strength,yield strength and percentage elongation after fracture were drawn.Meanwhile,the quality control results were analyzed by using the quality control charts.The results show that compared to the conventional quality control chart, the new developed control chart could not only intuitively and effectively reflect the stability of tensile test,but also improve the ability to find the small data drift.
