摘要 泵的最小连续流量保护关系到泵的安全稳定运转,实现泵的最小连续流量保护有几种不同的方法。对泵的最小连续流量保护方法进行了比较,分析了几种最小连续流量保护方法的优缺点,阐明了自动再循环阀具有结构简单、占地空间小、安全无电操作等优势,介绍了自动再循环阀的典型机构,提出了自动再循环阀的选型需要考虑主路压降、阀门类型、旁路流通能力、切换流量设计、旁路止回功能和阀门材质等,总结了自动再循环阀用于询价的规格书,为实际生产中应用自动再循环阀提供了依据。 The minimum continuous flow rate of a pump is related to the safe and stable operation of the pump,and there are several different ways to protect the minimum continuous flow.The methods for protecting the minimum continuous flow of pump are compared and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed in this article.In addition,this article illustrates the advantages of automatic recirculation valve such as simple structure,small floor area and safe operation without electricity,introduces the typical mechanism of automatic recirculation valve,proposes that the main route pressure drop,the valve type,the bypass flow capacity,the flow switch design,the bypass non-return function and the valve material should be considered in the type selection of automatic recirculation valve,and summarizes the specifications of automatic recirculation valve for inquiry,providing the basis for the application of automatic recirculation valve in actual productioa
