摘要
针对装置区工艺管道经常出现泄漏的问题,简要介绍了装置区工艺管道试压前的技术准备工作、试压包的编制步骤和方法,并对某装置试压包的编制进行了具体阐述,指出试压过程中主要技术要求及注意事项。
To solve the frequent leakage problem of the process pipelines in unit area,this article briefly introduces the technical preparation before the pressure test of process pipelines and the steps and methods for the preparation of pressure test package,discusses in detail the preparation of pressure test package for a unit,and points out the main technical requirements and the matters needing attention during pressure test.
