摘要
中化泉州石化160万t/a催化轻汽油醚化、选择性加氢精制装置采用Lummus公司专利技术。设计中研究分析专利技术要点,对加氢脱硫塔顶的热利用流程进行了优化;对反应器、加氢脱硫塔及醚化分馏塔的分布器进行了改进。实践表明,装置开车两年来,运行平稳,各项技术经济指标达到设计要求,满足国V汽油生产需要。证明装置设计优化是成功的。
Lummus patent technology is used in the design of the 1.6 Mt/a FCC naphtha etherification and selective hydrogenation unit at Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.During the engineering design,the key points of the patent technology were studied,the heat utilization flow for the overhead of the CDHDS column was optimized,and the distributors of the CDHDS column and CDETHERS column were improved.The unit has been operated smoothly for two years since its commissioning,the technical and economic indicators meet the design requirements,and the production needs of National V gasoline are met,proving that the design optimization of the unit is successful.
