摘要 航煤加氢装置工艺流程主要有热高分流程和冷高分流程两种,以典型100万t/a航煤加氢装置为例,比较了这2种流程的区别,通过流程模拟,对2种流程的设备投资、操作成本进行比较,同时核算了不同规模装置的投资、能耗情况。经对比分析可知,对于规模在100万t/a以上的航煤加氢装置,采用热高分流程更为适宜。 The process flow for aviation kerosene hydrotreating unit mainly consists of hot high pressure separator process and cold high pressure separator process.Taking a 1 MMTA aviation kerosene hydrotreating unit as an example,this article analyzes the differences between these two processes,and compares their equipment investment and operating cost through process simulation.Such comparison is also made for aviation kerosene hydrotreating units with different capacity.The conclusion is that hot high pressure separator process is more suitable than cold high pressure separator process for aviation kerosene hydrotreating unit which is larger than 1 MMTA.
