摘要
随着当前工程项目规模的不断扩大,工程项目的技术难度、复杂程度、管理难度等都在不断增大。对基于任务分解的传统计划控制模式进行了分析,提出了采用"信息流"控制作为项目设计、制造、施工安装过程控制要素的方法,对信息传输管理的具体要求进行了探讨,并分析了如何通过信息流的有效控制来达到优化项目总体进度的目标。
Nowadays,the technical difficulties,complexity and management difficulties of projects increase with the continuous expansion of project scale.This paper analyzes the traditional WBS-based schedule control method,proposes the information flow control theory for the schedule control during the engineering design,manufacture,construction and installation of EPC project,discusses the specific requirements for effective information flow control,and analyzes how to optimize the overall project schedule via efficient information flow control.
