基于大学生创业能力提升的创业环境优化路径研究——以宁波市为例

Study on the Entrepreneurship Environment Optimization Path Based on Improvement of Entrepreneurial Competence of College Students:A Case Of Ningbo

文章通过实证研究方法,分析创业环境与大学生创业能力之间的关系。研究结果表明,创业环境对创业能力的影响非常显著,其中创业环境对创业者机会发掘能力的影响非常显著,非资金支持环境对创业者资源整合能力和挫折承受能力的影响非常显著,创业教育环境对创业者创新创造能力能力的影响非常显著。宁波大学生创业环境的优化应注重构建阶段性目标,不断加强对大学生创业的非资金支持,增强大学生创业效能训练。

This essay provides a theotical hypothesis and empircial study on the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and the innovation ability of college students. There are five findings in this study： l） entrepreneurial environmenthas positive direct impact on entrepreneurial competence; 2） entrepreneurial environmenthas positive direct impact on entrepreneurs ability to explore opportunities; 3） non-financial assistance environment has positive direct impact on entrepreneurs ability to innovation and creativity; 4） entrepreneurship education environment has positive direct impact on entrepreneurs ability to integrate resources; and 5） non-financial assistance environnlent has positive direct impact on entrepreneurs setbacks bear. This study suggests that optimizing the entrepreneurial environment should have stage object, optimizing the entrepreneurial environment should pay attention to non-financial assistancefor college students of entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship education should strengthen the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training.
