新生儿心肌致密化不全1例

摘要 1病例简介 患者女,因"皮肤黄染2天"入院。现病史:第1胎,第1产,胎龄39周,自然分娩,过程顺利。生后阿氏评分均为10分,羊水、胎盘、脐带无异常,出生体重3500g。生后第2天发现皮肤黄染,颜面部为主,逐渐加重,蔓延至躯干及四肢。父亲为"B"型血,母亲为"O"型血。
