摘要
靖江市金融商务区连体双塔结构总高92.5m,连体跨度42m,为特大跨度的高位连体超限结构。主体双塔采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,连体采用钢桁架与次框架结构。根据结构特点采取了有针对性的加强措施,合理选取抗震性能化设计指标,分析了连体楼板及关键节点应力,对连体钢桁架进行抗连续倒塌设计,对整体结构进行大震弹塑性时程分析,对大跨度连体进行竖向舒适度分析。结果表明,结构能实现预设的抗震性能目标,并具有较好的竖向舒适度水准。
The 92.5-meter-high linked-twin-tower in Finance and Business Center in Jingjiang has 42-meter-span connections between towers. It is an out-of-code super-large-span high level connecting structure. The main twin-towers adopt reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system. Connecting structure adopts steel truss and sub frame structure. According to the characteristics of the structure, corresponding strengthening measures were taken. Perfurmanee- based seismic design indices were reasonably selected. The stresses of the connected floor and the key nodes were analyzed. Progressive collapse prevention design was conducted on connected steel truss. Elasto-plastic time-history analysis was conducted on the overall structure under rare earthquake. The vertical comfort level analysis of large-span connected structure was conducted. The results show that the structure can achieve the established goal of seismic performance, and has a good vertical comfort level.
