摘要
通过静电纺丝技术制备超细二氧化硅纤维,研究其对胎面胶物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:二氧化硅纤维具有较大的长径比,在胎面胶中的分散性较好,可提高橡胶复合材料的100%定伸应力;当纤维取向方向与外力方向一致时,复合材料60~80℃下的损耗因子(tanδ)最小;当纤维取向与外力方向垂直时,复合材料-20~0℃下的tanδ较大。
The ultrafine silica(Si O2)fibers were prepared by electrospinning technique,and the influence of Si O2 fibers on the physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the tread compound was investigated. The results showed that,the Si O2 fibers had a larger ratio of length to diameter,fine dispersion was achieved in the compound,and the modulus at 100% elongation of the composites was improved. The fiber reinforced composite had the lowest loss factor at 60~80 ℃ when the fiber orientation was parallel to the force. Meanwhile,the composite had the higher loss factor at-20~0 ℃ when the fiber orientation was perpendicular to the force.
