摘要
Beijing Social Welfare Institution No.1 has been constantly exploring the ways to improve its service quality and management level since the establishment in 1988.After years’exploration and practice,service standardization is considered as an effective means for the development of the Institution,especially after it carried out the pilot work of service standardization.
