摘要
目的 从文献计量学角度分析并了解多黏菌素耐药革兰阴性菌的耐药机制和耐药现状。方法 检索Pub Med、Em Base、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库中的相关文献,用Endnote X7软件去重、筛选,对纳入文献的外部特征及研究内容进行归纳及分析。结果 共纳入外文文献374篇、中文文献174篇。耐药率为0.1%~31.0%;耐药机制多为染色体介导,以外膜脂多糖修饰或丢失为主;2015年中国学者首次报道了质粒介导的新型耐药基因mcr-1。结论 革兰阴性菌对多黏菌素耐药率增长。
Objective To understand the current situation of resistance rate and mechanisms of colistin based on bibliometric approach. Methods All publications were searched on five databases (EmBase, PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang) and were screened by Endnote X7 software. Then eliminate and analysis was performed according to the external features of literature and research contents. Results A total of 374 international and 174 domestic literature papers were searched from databases. The rate of drug resistance was 0. 1% to 31.0%. The most studies of resistance mechanism was modification or loss of outer membrane lipopolysaccharide, a novel plasmid mediated resistant gene mcr - 1 was firstly reported by Chinese professors in 2015 year. Conclusion Colistin resistance rate is increasing.
