中厚煤层坚硬顶板工作面矿压规律分析

Analysis on Strata Behavior Regularity of Working Face with Mediumthickness Seam and Stiff Roof

基于对某矿1302工作面现场的监测数据,对该工作面的矿压显现规律进行分析研究。结果表明:工作面基本顶初次来压与周期来压都较为强烈;工作面基本顶周期来压步距分布不均匀,工作面下部最大,中部最小;工作面支架能够满足正常生产需要,但初撑力偏低;工作面超前支承压力影响范围明显的区域为工作面前方25 m。

Based on the monitoring data of 1302 working face in a certain mine, the strata pressure behavior regularity of the face was studied. The results show that the main roof first weighting and periodic weighting were strong; the main roof periodic weighting length was uneven distributed, the length at lower section of working face was the longest and that at middle section of working face was the shortest; the support of working face can meet the needs of the normal production, but setting load was lower; the severe influence range of pilot support pressure was 25m in front of the working face.
