摘要
针对本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔周边裂隙多、注浆效果差、抽采浓度低等问题,对注浆封孔机理及注浆液性能进行了分析,并通过13125本煤层钻孔注浆材料配比优化试验,得出高水材料注浆时间为水泥浆液单孔注浆时间的65%;高水注浆材料单孔成本最高仅为水泥注浆单孔成本的79%;高水材料注浆效果优于水泥注浆效果,最佳注浆配比为水料比9∶1。
For the coal seam gas drainage and gas drainage hole, the grouting effect is poor, the low concentration of mining, the mechanism and the performance of the grouting fluid is analyzed, the high water material injection time is 65% of the single hole injection time of cement slurry; the cost of high water grouting material is only 79% of the cost of cement grouting; the grouting effect of high water material is better than that of cement, and the ratio of water to material is 9:1.
