摘要
鉴于我国煤炭深部开采面临的高瓦斯、高应力、低渗透性的问题,分析了煤与瓦斯突出和冲击地压的特点,探讨了深部开采时突出和冲击的耦合致灾机理及监测防治手段。提出了"爆破解危-柔性吸能-强力支护"的冲击地压防治体系。
In view of the problem that high gas, high stress, and low permeability in deep coal mining, analyzes the characteristics of coal and gas outburst and. rock burst, discusses the coupling disastermechanism of coal and gas outburst and rock burst, monitoring and control means in deep coal mining. Proposes rock burst control system that "blasting-flexible endergonic-strong support".
