某矿井通风系统安全绩效评价应用研究

摘要 以某矿井通风系统为研究对象,实施矿井通风本质安全化管理的模式。基于安全绩效评价模型,计算指标体系权重,确定隶属度,将绩效评价分为两类,分别采用专家打分和问卷调查的方法,通过模糊综合评价计算绩效分值进而确定绩效评价结果。结果表明,安全绩效评价具有较高的可信度,为提高矿井通风系统的安全性探索了一条新思路。 Taking a mine Ventilation system as the object of study, the model of the safety management of mine ventilation essence was carried out. Based on safety performance evaluation model, to calculate the weights of the index system, determine the membership, performance evaluation divided into two categories, by expert scoring and questionnaire survey methods respectively, by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation performance scores and then determine the performance evaluation results. The results show that the safety performance evaluation has high reliability, and it is a new way to improve the safety of mine ventilation system.
