摘要
针对现有独立式卸扣器卡瓦工作过程中齿尖磨损以及钻杆表面压溃问题,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了卡瓦与钻杆的接触模型,利用线性静态结构分析方法,对不同参数下齿前角α、齿后角β、齿顶宽s和齿高h进行应力分布进行分析。
For the problem that the tooth tip wear and drill pipe surface compression of existing free- standing shackle slip in the course of work,the ANSYS software was adopted to establish the contact model of slip and drill pipe. Method of linear static structural analysis was used to conduct a stress analysis of front angle of tooth a,rear angle of tooth β,tooth top width s and tooth depth h under different parameters.
