借助于基于VB汇编语言的可视化界面,将Pro/E的参数化建模功能与ANSYS的有限元分析功能相结合,以板式过滤机横梁臂为例,将其模型建立与载荷特性分析更加直观的展现给工程师,从而降低设计成本,提高生产效率,对板式过滤机的系列化设计起到了积极的推动作用。

Using the visual interface based on VB program , combined with the Pro/E parameter model function and the ANSYS element analysis function, take the plate filter beam arm as example , make the model establishment and load characters analysis directly show to the engineer , reducing the cost of design, increasing productivity efficiency, promoting the plate filter series design development
