摘要
作为松软煤层钻进中护壁工艺配套工具,支护筛管不仅起到支护孔壁防止塌孔的作用,而且可以作为后期瓦斯抽采通道。研究筛管管身的筛孔分布情况和直径对筛管径向抗压特性的影响很有必要,分别对PVC筛管无孔、1孔、2孔进行拉伸试验、压缩试验、扭转实验来探讨支护筛管的管材力学特性。
As a assorted tool in soft coal seam drilling technology supporting tool,supporting pipe not only have the effect of preventing the hole collapse of hole wall,but also can be used as an late gas drainage channel.Reaseareh on distribution of the pipe body and the influence of compressive properties is necessary, respectively for PVC screen without holes,a hole,two holes for tensile test,compression test, torsion experiments to explore supporting pipe mechanical properties.
