摘要
建立了包含铲斗、动臂、摇臂和液压缸系统的矿用装载机三维模型,分析了矿用装载机的运动机理及受力情况,利用ABAQUS计算得到动臂在极端工况下的应力云图和位移云图。结果表明,动臂最大应力主要位于动臂和液压缸的铰接处、动臂和铲斗铰接处、动臂两侧板的上部和下部区域;最大位移位于动臂和铲斗的铰接部位;动臂的强度校核计算证明动臂的强度满足设计要求。
The three dimensional model of mine loader system that included movable arms, loader shovel and hydraulic cylinder were established, the movement mechanism and the force situation of mine loader were analyzed, the stress and displacement contours of the movable arms in extreme conditions were analyzed by the software of ABAQUS. The results show that the largest stress of movable arm mainly located in the hinge regions between movable arms and hydraulic cylinder, movable arms and shovel, and the upper and lower regions of the movable arms; the largest displacement is located at the hinge region between shovel and movable arms, the strength calculation of the movable arms prove that the strength meet the design requirements.
