摘要
基于三轴磁传感器的随钻测量系统在煤矿水平定向钻井工程中广泛使用,三轴磁传感器的误差会影响随钻测量系统绘制钻孔轨迹的精度。为了校正误差,建立三轴磁传感器的误差模型,提出基于椭球和平面拟合的校正算法。实验结果表明随钻测量系统经校正后,方位角的精度达到0.5°以内。
Measurement-while-drilling system (MWD) based on three axis magnetic sensor is widely used in coal mine horizontal directional drilling engineering, but the errors of the three axis magnetic sensor degrade the accuracy of the borehole trajectory drawn by the MWD system. Aiming at calibrating these errors, the error model of the three axis magnetic sensor was. established, then the calibration algorithm based on ellipsoid and plane fitting was proposed. The experimental results show that when the MWD system was calibrated, the accuracy of the azimuth is less than 0.5°.
