汶南细粒煤离心重力分选脱硫试验研究

摘要 采用Falcon离心分选机对山东汶南矿煤进行重介条件下脱硫降灰,探讨不同操作参数对实验结果的影响。结果表明,随着转动频率的增加,全硫脱除率升高,精煤产率和灰分降低;随着煤介比的增加,全硫脱除率呈先降低后升高的趋势;随着反冲水压的增加,全硫脱除率呈下降趋势,同时精煤产率和灰分都升高,在满足精煤质量要求的条件下,选取的脱硫效果较好的试验条件为转动频率50 Hz、煤介比2、反冲水压水平0.03 MPa。 The Falcon centrifugal separator of heavy medium conditions on the mine coal of Shandong Wennan to desulfurization ash reduction desulfurization and reducing ash, meanwhile investigate the influence of different operating parameters on the experimental results. The results show that, with the increase of the rotation rate, the total sulfur removal rate increased, the yield of clean coal and ash reduction; with the increase of coal ratio, the total sulfur removal rate decreases and then increases; with the increase of recoil pressure, the total sulfur removal rate decreased, while the yield of clean coal and ash were increased. To meet quality requirements of the clean coal, the better conditions for desulfurization were selected: the rotation frequency is 50 Hz, coal ratio is 2, and the recoil pressure level is 0.03 MPa.
