摘要
为了低阶烟煤煤泥找到一条低碳绿色利用的新途径,以黄陵一矿低变质长焰不粘煤洗选过程产生的煤泥为原料,通过空气热氧化法制备了腐植酸并进行了抽提。探讨了抽提液用量、固液比、抽提温度和时间以及抽提次数对腐植酸抽提率的影响。
Aims at finding out a new and lower-carbon way for low-rank bituminous coal slime to produce humic acid. The humic acid is prepared to use coal slime from No.1 Huangling mine by air thermal oxidation method. The content of the humic acid of coal slime after oxidation is measured by volumetric method. The humic acid is extracted from oxidized slime to employ alkali dissolution?and acid precipitation. Not only the amount of extraction liquid and the rate of solid to liquid but also the extraction times are discussed, and so are the extraction temperature and time.
