摘要
选用聚乙二醇作为煤泥浮选起泡剂,测定了其表面张力和起泡性能,以大远矿的原生煤泥为分选对象,以不同分子量的聚乙二醇进行了在不同加药浓度下的煤泥浮选试验。结果表明,中间分子量如400、600、1 000的聚乙二醇作为煤泥浮选起泡剂,起泡性和选择性优良,更具环保意义。
The surface tension and frothering performance of polyethylene glycol used as coal slime flotation frothers are measured. The primary slime in Daiyuan mine is taken as the flotation object, the study of different molecular weight polyethylene glycol on coal slime flotation in different concentration are made. The results show that the mid molecular weight such as 400, 600, 1 000 polyethylene glycol as coal slime flotation frothers have a good performance in frothering,selectivity and environmental orotection significance.
