餐饮废油制生物柴油及其在选煤中的应用

以高动物油含量的餐饮废油为原料,经蒸馏除水、活性白土脱色处理后,与甲醇在浓硫酸的催化作用下进行酯交换反应生成生物柴油。为了研究试验中各反应条件对生物柴油产率的影响,进行了因素探索试验。利用试验所得的优化条件制备生物柴油,以该生物柴油作捕收剂进行煤泥浮选试验。

Waste cooking oils with high animals oils content as raw material, the waste cooking oils which were disposed by distilled and decolored and methanol by using H2SO4 as catalyst to produce biodiesel.To research the influence of various reaction conditions for the yield of biodiesel has carried on the single factor experiment,and using the optimum conditions to produce biodiesel, Finally, using biodiesel as collector, through slime flotation tests with ordinary diesel.
