摘要
随着需求侧响应措施的深入开展,在电力系统规划中计及需求侧响应的影响具有重要现实意义。根据一般经济学原理,研究需求侧响应措施引起负荷需求弹性变化的不确定性,并且将该不确定性引入到电力系统规划模型中,以系统规划成本、运行成本和污染排放最小化为目标函数,建立了多目标鲁棒优化规划模型;采用引入精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解该鲁棒优化模型。最后,通过算例分析说明了鲁棒优化模型的合理性,并论证了该模型能够以最小成本得到计及多种需求侧响应弹性不确定性范围下的规划方案。
Along with the deepening of development of demand response solutions,taking into account the impact of demand response in power system planning has important practical significance.This paper is concerned with the uncertainty of load changes caused by demand response solutions according to economic principles.Besides,the uncertainty of demand response is introduced into the power system planning.A multi-objective robust optimization model is developed with minimum system planning cost,minimum system operation cost and minimum pollution emission as multi-objective functions.The improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)is proposed to solve the robust optimization model.Finally,the rationality of the proposed model is proved through an example analysis and its capability of yielding optimal system planning schemes considering demand response uncertainty with minimum cost is briefly treated.
