BT22双相钛合金等温锻造工艺的确定

摘要 采用热模拟试验机对BT22双相钛合金在热变形温度为750850℃、应变速率为0.0011s-1的条件下进行了压缩试验,研究了合金的热变形行为,建立了合金的热加工图,并确定了对其进行等温锻造的最佳工艺范围。结果表明:BT22双相钛合金的真应力-真应变曲线呈现明显的动态再结晶特征;热加工图中有两个主域较为稳定,这两个主域的中心分别位于(750℃,0.001s-1)和(850℃,0.001s-1)处,最大功率耗散率均超过50%;试验合金等温锻造的最佳工艺范围是温度为750850℃、应变速率为0.01~0.001s-1的区域。 The thermal deformation behavior of double-phase titanium alloy BT22 were studied in the temperature range of 750-850℃and strain rate range of 0.001-1s-1 by using thermal simulation tester,thermal processing maps of the alloy were built and the best isothermal forging zone was confirmed.The results reveal that the obvious dynamic recrystallization characteristics were exhibited on true stress-true strain curves of double-phase titanium alloy BT22;Two domains in the thermal processing maps were steady,their centers located at(750 ℃,0.001s-1)and(850 ℃,0.001s-1),and their maximum power dissipation rate was more than 50%.The zone with temperature range of 750-850℃ and strain rate range of 0.01-0.001s-1 may be considered as the optimum isothermal forging zone of the tested alloy.
