广西壮族人群Duffy血型基因多态性研究

Analysis of Duffy gene polymorphism in Zhuang population of Guangxi area

目的研究广西地区壮族人群Duffy红细胞血型基因的多态性。方法采用PCR-SSP方法对1025名广西9个不同地区壮族Duffy红细胞血型系统Fy^a和Fy^b血型抗原的基因分型研究。结果 1 025名广西地区壮族人的Duffy血型Fy(a+b-)949例(92.59%),Fy(a+b+)76例(7.41%),Fy(a-b+)0例,基因频率为FYA=0.9629,FYB=0.037 1。结论获得了广西壮族人群Duffy血型FYA/FYB基因频率,丰富了本地稀有血型数据库,为临床输注配合性血液提供了宝贵资料。

Objective To further characterize Duffy blood group polymorphism among Zhuang populations of Guangxi area. Methods Blood samples were collected from 1 025 people who were indigenous Zhuang people from nine different Guangxi areas. Fya and Fyb antigens of Duffy blood group system were determined by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer（ PCR-SSP）. Results Of the 1 025 Zhuang individuals,949 cases（ 92. 59%） were phenotyped as Fy（ a ＋b-）,76 cases（ 7. 41%） were typed as Fy（ a ＋ b ＋）. No Fy（ a-b ＋） was found in this population. Among Zhuang individuals,the gene frequencies of FYA and FYB alleles were 0. 962 9 and 0. 037 1,respectively. Conclusion Knowledge of Duffy blood group FYA / FYB gene frequencies in Guangxi Zhuang population is helpful in enriching the data bank of rare blood group and provides invaluable database on clinical blood transfusion compatibility.
