广州市高校与非高校无偿献血者输血相关传染病检测结果分析

Analysis of the results from blood screening between university and non-university volunteer non-remunerated blood donors

目的探讨高校与非高校献血者的血液检测结果的差异,了解当前大学生无偿献血的现状,为招募更多潜在献血者提供参考依据。方法根据2011-2015年广州市高校与非高校献血者的数据,分析输血相关传染病标志物不合格率的变化,探讨高校献血者血液检测结果与性别、年龄、献血次数和院校性质的关系。结果高校献血者的不合格率比非高校要低(2015年分别为2.59%和3.58%),而两者的不合格率均呈下降趋势;2015年,医学院校献血者比高职和本科综合院校合格率高(P<0.01);高校献血者的血液检测合格与年龄呈负相关(0.80,P<0.01,趋势检验),与献血次数(1.97,P<0.01,趋势检验)和女性(1.68,P<0.01,趋势检验)呈正相关。结论广州市内无偿献血者的不合格率在逐年下降,但高校献血者比其他献血者拥有更高的合格率,所以高校献者仍然是血液的安全来源。

Objective To analyze the differences from results of blood screening between university and non-university volunteer non-remunerated blood donors. Methods The basic information and blood screening data on the university and nonuniversity volunteer blood donors were collected from 2011 to2015. Based on these data,the trends of transfusion-transmitted disease markers were analyzed. The relationship between the result of university blood donors and their gender,age,number of times of blood donation and the nature of universities were revealed. Results The disqualified rate of university blood donors was higher than that of non-university blood donors（ 2. 59% and 3. 58% in 2015,respectively）,although both of the disqualified rates decreased. Data in 2015 showed that among university blood donors,the qualified rate of donors from medical university was higher than those of junior colleges and other universities. Age（ P 〈 0. 01） was negatively associated with qualified result,whereas females（ P 〈 0. 01） and the number of times of donation（ P 〈 0. 01） were positively associated with the rate. Conclusion The disqualified rate of transfusion-transmitted disease marker decreases year by year. Moreover,the disqualified rate of university blood donors was lower than others,which made university blood donors still one of the safest blood resource.
