My Own Opinion on Several Controversial Issues of Chinese Higher Education Reform & Development

本文阐述了我国高等教育在五个方面所进行的体制改革,论述了大学既是事业单位又具有产业性,所以应积极发展高等教育产业和市场,同时也剖析了高校合并的时代背景及其所产生的积极作用;针对上世纪九十年代末以来高校"扩招风"屡屡遭受的批评,文章指出要予以理性地看待,并分析了高校扩招的必然性以及高校更名、升格的必要性。

According to the achievement of Chinese higher education reform and development which being denied from Zheng Yongnian and others, the paper discusses the Chinese higher education system reform in five aspects and holds that the university is not only a public institution but also has industry character. Colleges and universities should actively develop the relative industry and market.Meanwhile, the paper also analyzes the background of HEIs mergence and its active role; According to the being suffered criticism of enlarging enrollment of colleges and universities since the late 1990s, this paper points out that we should rationally look at this matter, and analyzes the necessity of HEIs enrollment, rename and upgrade.
