重载车轮轮辋不同深度对磨损与损伤行为的影响

摘要 利用MJP—30A型滚动接触疲劳试验机研究了干态工况下重载车轮轮辋不同深度对车轮材料的磨损与损伤性能的影响。结果表明:随着车轮取样深度的增加,组织中的铁素体比例增加,硬度减小,试验后车轮表层塑性变形层厚度逐渐增大,抵抗塑性变形能力变差;车轮试样磨损率随车轮材料深度增加而变大,且车轮的耐磨性能变差;车轮取样深度对车轮试样表面损伤形貌有一定的影响,车轮材料深度变大,车轮表面疲劳损伤加重,由轻微疲劳损伤向较严重疲劳损伤转变;随取样深度增加,车轮表层萌生的疲劳裂纹长度有变大的趋势,剖面损伤变得严重。 The MJP-30 A rolling contact fatigue test facility is used to study the effect of different depths of heavy haul wheel rim on wear and damage performance of wheel materials under dry working conditions.The result shows that,with the increase of the sampling depth of wheel,the ferrite content increases and the hardness decreases,the thickness of plastic deformation layer on surface of wheel increases gradually after the test,and the plastic deformation resistance decreases.The wear rate of wheel sample increases with the depth increase of wheel materials,and the wear resistance performance of the wheel gets worse.The sampling depth of wheel has influence on the surface damage morphology of wheel.When the depth of wheel material increases,the wheel surface fatigue damage will aggravate and turn from slight fatigue damage to severe fatigue damage.As the sampling depth increases,the length of fatigue crack initiating on surface layer of wheel tends to increase,and the damage of cross section becomes severe.
