氨甲环酸在跟骨骨折术的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨氨甲环酸在跟骨骨折术的临床应用价值。方法将64例单侧跟骨骨折患者随机均分为氨甲环酸组(A组)和生理盐水组(B组),其中A组术前30min将氨甲环酸10mg/kg稀释于100ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,B组术前30min予100ml生理盐水静脉滴注。观察两组患者术后并发症发生情况,同时记录患者术后引流量、血常规、D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血指标以及Maryland足部评分。结果 A组患者术后切口并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05),术后引流量少于B组[(50.8±10.2)ml vs.(150.8±20.1)ml](P<0.01)。A组术后RBC和Hb水平高于B组,而D-D水平低于B组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组手术前后各凝血指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后随访第6个月,A组Maryland足部功能评分高于B组[(93.5±4.3)分vs.(85.1±3.2)分](P<0.05)。结论氨甲环酸用于跟骨骨折术后可以减少患者出血量以及并发症发生率,改善患者的足部功能,并且不会增加深静脉血栓形成的风险。
