中国共产党人民话语建构的原初语境与曲折发展

The Construction and Development of CCP's Discourse of People

人民话语事关中国革命、建设和改革的价值基础和正当性论证。人民话语建构的原初语境,是针对臣民话语、国民性改造话语和机械的阶级话语,具有包容性、开放性、统合性、国际性等特点。新中国成立后,人民话语既呈现出总体上的发展,但也出现过偏离。坚持和推动人民话语的创新发展,应当从人民话语建构的原初语境汲取智慧资源,认真总结人民话语发展演进的历史经验,合理判断中国的现实和未来发展。

The discourse of people is a matter of justification of the revolution, socialism construction and reform and openness led by Chinese Communist Party（CCP）. The original context of the discourse of people was the argument among the discourse of the subjects, the nationality and the mechanical class analysis. The discourse of people has advantages of inclusiveness, openness, integration and international recognition. The discourse of people has made new progress and suffered deviating from its usual route which caused today＇s theoretical controversy. In order to make new progress of the discourse of people we must focus on the wisdom of the original con- texts and draw on the lessons of the experience, and we must make correct judgment of the reality and future development of China.
