摘要
学校课程规划是学校为学生提供什么样的学习机会的整体回答,学校课程规划方案质量从一定程度上反映了学校的课程领导力。在建构学校课程规划方案质量评估工具的基础上,该文对我国中部城市Z市53所初中进行调查,基于学校课程规划文本进行分析,以了解当前学校课程规划方案质量状况。研究结果发现:(1)课程规划意识已经开始觉醒,部分学校已经研制出具有一定专业水平的课程规划方案;(2)"合一致"是当前学校课程规划方案最薄弱的方面;(3)学校课程规划方案在数量和质量上的分布皆不均衡。
School curriculum planning is the overall answer to what kind of learning opportunities that school can provide for students. The quality of school curriculum planning program reflects the school curriculum leadership to a certain extent. On the basis of constructing the quality assessment tool of the school curriculum planning, this paper carries on the investigation to 53 junior high schools in the central city of our country and analyses the school curriculum planning texts, so as to understand the quality of curriculum planning program in current schools. It shows that: ( 1 ) Curriculum planning consciousness arises, and some schools have developed curriculum planning at a professional level; (2) The "alignment" is the weakest aspect of the current school curriculum planning program; (3) The distribution of the school curriculum planning programs are not balanced in both quantity and quality.
