摘要
选取300只43周龄罗曼粉蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡,对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组在饲喂基础日粮基础上分别添加2.0×106、2.0×107、2.0×108、2.0×109 CFU/g的L.plantarum DPP8制剂。预试期1周,试验期9周。结果显示:(1)Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的产蛋率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组的料蛋比显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。(2)Ⅲ组的血钙水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血糖水平极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Ⅳ组血清的钙、磷水平均显著增加(P<0.05),总白蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.05),血糖水平极显著降低(P<0.01);Ⅴ组的血磷水平显著增加(P<0.05),血钙水平极显著增加(P<0.01),血糖含量显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅲ组的血清总白蛋白水平显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,各试验组的蛋黄颜色、蛋白高度和哈氏单位均极显著提高(P<0.01);Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的蛋壳厚度显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅴ组的蛋壳厚度极显著提高(P<0.01)。结果表明,饲料中添加一定量的L.plantarum DPP8具有改善蛋鸡生产性能和提高蛋鸡蛋品质的作用,其中按照2.0×108 CFU/g剂量添加效果最好。
Three hundred forty-week-old hens were randomly allotted to five treatments (TRT) with 6 replicates of 20 birds per replicate based on body weight. Control group(Group I ) was fed the basal diet, the test group (Group Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅳ, Ⅴ ) was fed with the basal diet added 2.0 × 10^6 , 2.0 × 10^7 , 2.0× 10^8 , 2.0 × 10^9 CFU/g L. plantarurn DPP8, respectively. Periods of pre-trial and trial were 1 week and 9 weeks, respectively. The results showed as follows : (1) Compared with the control group,the laying rate of hens in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher (P〈0.05) ,and the feed/egg ratio of hens in group IV were lower than those in the other groups. (2) Compared with the control group,the serum calcium content in group l]I was increase (P〈0.05),and the blood glucose content was remarkably decreased (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group and groupⅡ ,the serum phosphorous and calcium content in group IV were increased (P〈0. 05), but the serum albumin content and blood glucose content were decreased significantly(P〈0.05 and PM 0. 01 ,respectively ). The total protein content in group IV was lower than that that of the other groups(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, serum phosphorous and calcium content in group V were increased significantly (P〈0.05 and P〈0. 01 ,respectively). (3)Compared with the control group,the yolk color,albumen height, Haugh unit in group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were all remarkably improved (P〈0.01) ;the eggshell thickness in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were increased,with significantly difference in group V (P〈0.01). The results suggest that supplementing a certain amount of L. plantarum DPP8 can improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,and the optimum dose in laying hens feed was 2. 0×10^8CFU/g.
