摘要
对产品创新的技术研发阶段和成果转化阶段建立二阶段DEA模型,对中国平板显示产业以及京东方、龙腾光电、天马数据3家平板显示企业的创新效率进行了实证分析。研究表明:(1)中国平板显示产业的综合效率,无论是技术研发阶段还是成果转化阶段都很低,中国平板显示产业还处于低研发产出、低经济转化的阶段;(2)京东方、龙腾光电和天马数据虽然是我国平板显示产业中的领先企业,但是其创新效率不理想,创新过程中资金投入、人力资本等存在巨大的浪费,需要提高资源的利用率,加强对外购技术的消化吸收以及进行产学研合作等方式来提高企业的研发水平和研发效率,并积极进行市场调查分析,促进技术人员和销售人员的沟通合作。
This article propose two-stage DEA model based on China's LCD panel industry data to discuss innovation efficiency of China's LCD panel industry, and BOE, IVO, Pegasus Data. The results show that the innovation efficiency of China's LCD industry is very low, both technology research stage and transfer of scientific and technological achievements stage. Chinese panel display industry is still in the stage of low R&D output, low economic transformation. BOE, IVO, Pegasus Data is our country panel display industry leading enterprises. But their innovation efficiency is still low. There is a huge waste of resources such as capital investment and human capital in the process of innovation. These companies want to improve R&D level and R&D efficiency that need to improve the utilization of resources, to strengthen the digestion and absorption of technology outsourcing, to increase innovation ability, to promote industry university research cooperation. These companies need to actively conduct market analysis, and promote communication and cooperation between technicians and sales staff.
