四川省民族地区卫生资源配置与利用情况研究

Case Study on the Configuration and Utilization of Health Resources in the Nationality Regions of Sichuan

目的了解近年来四川省民族地区卫生资源配置与利用情况,为促进十三五期间民族地区卫生事业发展提供参考。方法采用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果各项财政投入和倾斜政策得到落实,民族地区卫生资源总量不断增加;但千人口卫生人力资源水平较低,资源利用效率有待进一步提高。结论加快建立起相对稳定并逐年增加的卫生事业投入发展机制,提升民族地区卫生发展水平。

OBJECTIVE To learn the allocation health of resources and utilization in ethnic areas of Sichuan in recent years, provide reference for the development of national health regions during Thirteen Five period. METHODS Descriptive statistical methods of analysis. RESULTS The financial investment and preferential policies have been implemented, the total amount of health resources in ethnic areas was increasing; levels of human resources for health among 1 000 population were relatively low, efficiency of resource utilization should be further improved. CONCLUSION It needed to a ccelerate and establish a relatively stable with yearly increased investment, enhance the level of health development in minority areas.
