多层螺旋CT在68例胃癌患者术前评估中的应用

Application of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Preoperative Evaluation of 68 Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT应用于68例胃癌患者术前评估的价值。方法 2014年2月—2016年2月我科收治的68例胃癌患者,所有患者在手术前均行多层螺旋CT检查,并进行病理分期划分,与术后病检结果进行对比,以评价多层螺旋CT诊断的准确性。结果 CT检查中对胃癌T分期评估准确率为76.47%,N分期评估准确率为69.12%,与病理组织检查结果无明显差异,两种检查方式比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论多层螺旋CT对胃癌患者进行术前评估,能够准确地对患者进行TNM分期,对后期治疗具有指导意义。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in preoperative assessment of 68 patients with gastric cancer. METHODS From February 2014 February 2016, 68 cases of gastric cancer patients treated in the target hospital were conducted as the object of surrey. All patients prior to surgery underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination, and pathological stages, and postoperative pathological examination results were compared to evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT diagnostic accuracy. RESULTS CT examination of gastric cancer T staging accuracy rate was 76.47%, N staging accuracy was 69.12%, and histopathologic examination showed no significant difference, the two modalities were compared, P 〉 0.05. There was no significant difference. CONCLUSION Multi slice spiral CT in preoperative evaluation of gastric cancer patients could be accurate for patients with TNM stage, which had guiding significance for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
